I think I'm almost there with my 2nd instance of Maui. I disable the key
checksum during compilation and I can use the default PATH to Maui to
submit and query jobs, however they still will not execute. In the
maui.log file I see:

06/27 08:47:38 INFO: tasks located for job 90: 1 of 1 required (29
feasible)
06/27 08:47:38 INFO: tasks located for job 90: 1 of 1 required (29
feasible)
06/27 08:47:38 MJobStart(90)
06/27 08:47:38 MJobDistributeTasks(90,base,NodeList,TaskMap)
06/27 08:47:38 MAMAllocJReserve(90,RIndex,ErrMsg)
06/27 08:47:38 MRMJobStart(90,Msg,SC)
06/27 08:47:38 INFO: cannot start job 90 (cannot start job - fail
iteration)
06/27 08:47:38 WARNING: cannot start job '90' through resource manager
06/27 08:47:38 ERROR: MBFFirstFit: cannot start job 90.0
06/27 08:47:38 INFO: partition DEFAULT nodes/procs available after
MBFFirstFit: 18/31 (1 jobs examined)

This job is a simple '/bin/hostname' script for testing. What does it
mean by 'cannot start job 90 through resource manager'?
