Using Torque & Maui, I'd like to have a configuration such that users X
and Y can both use all of the cluster's CPUs as long as only one has
jobs queued, and if both have jobs queued, then a fixed percentage of
the CPU's will be used for X's jobs, and the remainder used for Y's
jobs. Both of these users should have a priority boost such that their
jobs squeeze out those of other users (but not entirely each others').
Would this do it?
USERCFG[PowerUser1] PRIORITY=100 MAXNODE=20,30
USERCFG[PowerUser2] PRIORITY=100 MAXNODE=10,30
(Assuming 30 total nodes).
