3. CRI Relocates EMEA Office to Expanded Facilities in Guildford UK

As a result of its rapid international expansion, Cluster Resources has
relocated its EMEA headquarters from Cambridge to larger offices in Guildford
UK. Guildford provides easy access to Cluster Resources' major partners in the
UK "silicon valley" and is closer to the main London airports, simplifying
travel to Cluster Resources' growing partner and customer base in Europe.

During 2008, Cluster Resources more than tripled its revenue base in EMEA and
added several high-profile HPC centers to its customer list, including the HLRN
grid in Hanover and Berlin, HLRS in Stuttgart, and the Norwegian HPC center in
Bergen. In the UK, the universities of Cardiff and Bristol are also deploying
Moab on their new HPC systems.

Ian Gilbert, director of business development for EMEA, expects even greater
growth in 2009. "The HPC market is growing at a rate of about 25 percent, and
Cluster Resources' core technology, Moab, is fast becoming the preferred choice
for high-level scheduling in this space," said Gilbert. "In addition, Moab is
building a strong following in the data center market, where there is a
pressing need for IT cost savings and improved agility. The current financial
crisis has helped strengthen Cluster Resources' data center business by
accelerating the adoption of state-of-the-art, highly efficient data center
strategies."

4. Did You Know: Internal Charging Facilities
Within Moab, charging can be quite flexible. Moab provides internal support for
a number of allocation management tasks and policies and has the ability to
assign per-resource, per-user, and per-QoS charging rates without requiring
users to configure or install any additional software.
