Actually, there is a difference in handling the Feature Bit Map
(msched_t->FBM). 3.2.6p21 gets
it wrong, and you'll see aliasing of node features once you get past
31 features ("node properties"
in Torque).
I did a diff and came to the conclusion you did, but actually running
and also doing the diff post-configure
showed the problem up. Look for MINTBITS and MINTLBITS.
