Which version of maui are you using? Are you using Torque?

These jobs seems to be from the CMS VO. So I believe you would not like to
upgrade to the latest maui and/or torque, right?

Maybe the commands "tracejob 74601" and "qstat -f 74601" would give out more
hints.
