same here...

We had a big issue last week cause maui stopped scheduling after one
of this Queued job got a wn. Same there?

I'm trying to reproduce the problem in a controlled environment since
them, with no success.

Meanwhile we have a simple script that qdel jobs in Q state and wn
assigned (qstat -i -n -1 with some greps/awk ...)

maui-server-3.3-1.x86_64

Sorry for not helping...
