If you mean this:

mahmood@server:~$sudo dpkg -L torque-server
Package `torque-server' is not installed.
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.

I didn't install from repository. Also it wasn't a .deb file. As I said, 
I installed from source (tar.gz). So doubt if "dpkg -L' can find the installed 
package.
