Hi,
There is a problem with mjobctl. When it suspend a job, after some seconds I
see
that the job is set back to R automatically.
See this please:
root@server:~# date
Sun Feb 27 19:50:46 2011
root@server:~# qstat
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
------------------------- ---------------- --------------- -------- - -----
26463.server ros user1 342:38:4 R q1
root@server:~# mjobctl -s 26463
job 26463 successfully preempted
root@server:~# qstat
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
------------------------- ---------------- --------------- -------- - -----
26463.server ros user1 342:38:4 S q1
root@server:~# date
Sun Feb 27 19:51:03 2011
root@server:~# qstat
Job id Name User Time Use S Queue
------------------------- ---------------- --------------- -------- - -----
26463.server ros user1 342:38:4 R q1
root@server:~#
