Hi guys I have some newbie questions... I had been using torque for 5 months, but now I switched to MAUI.. and some doubts arise with that..
1 There is no way to manage job arrays with MAUI?? I read that the feature is only available in MOAB, actually I only need one command to work setspri or setqos, which return ERROR: invalid job expression received (5639[632]) whenever I use brackets [] in the job id. any hacks or workarounds would be appreciated. 2 I'm using qos when I send the job via qsub in the job file I added: #PBS -W x=QOS:q4 and is working, however if once the job has been submitted, and I want to change the QoS (I cant use setqos because I only use job arrays), I use: qalter -W x=QOS:q4 5639[636] an it works on torque if I check the job with qtsat -f the qos parameter has changed, however MAUI doesn't re-sync this info, unless I restart o resend the job, is there anyway to force MAUI to re-sync to those parameters set by torque???
