I was using Mauve Contig Mover, after the third alignment I received the

Has anyone encountered this error before? What does this mean and how can I
get beyond this situation? I'm not sure why Mauve Contig Mover would accept my
files and give me 3 alignments and then abruptly stop. Help please.
