We are trying to adapt Mauve locally to run in MPI parallel, hopefully will
have some code to share in a month or so.

Subject: [Mauve-users] Parallel mauve

Hi all

Is there a strategy for speeding Mauve up for large numbers of genomes?
I understand that threaded mode is disabled in the most recent version.
Is there any other strategy for running in parallel, either by splitting
up the work, or MPI or similar?

Cheers

Nick
