Hi there,
I was wondering if there is a way to export a jpeg or other picture format
via command-line? I have a script running through several hundred
alignments, and trying to export the alignment images manually would take
quite a while! Ideally, i'd like to export an image of the alignment with a
given name, at a given resolution.
Is there a way to do this?
Rgds,
Roy W.
