Hello all.

We've been using MAUVE for years, and a question that keeps coming up is
how to transfer reference genome genebank annotation to a draft genome
of closely related species. While this wouldn't be exactly accurate, it
would be a nice starting point for manual or semi-automated annotation
of gene-finding.

Does anyone know if this can be done with MAUVE? I've read the manual
but didn't see it. If not, any suggestions?

Thanks,

Peter
