Hi all,

I ran the following command (64bit version of progressiveMauve) on ~234
bacterial genomes (in contigs) as input (*.fna):

/usr/local/bin/mauve_2.3.1/linux-x64/progressiveMauve --output=pmout.xmfa
*.fna

ProgressiveMauve terminates after 'std::ios_base::failure' with one of the
following errors:

  what():  failed opening file: Bad file descriptor

or

  what():  failed mapping file: Invalid argument

Then it aborts. I still have no idea how to proceed, and would really
appreciate any input!
