Hi everyone,
I have a question about Mauve. I have 3 complete genomes and 4 draft genomes
that I am trying to compare. Contigs were ordered against a reference genome in
Mauve. The file with the contigs ordered was used in RAST for annotation. I run
the progressive mauve with the files that contain the contigs annotated and in
order but the annotations are not loaded. Could anyone help me? Thanks!
