Hi,
We are running Mauve V.2.3.1 on Linux platform. When we
try to use SNP exporter using command line(java -cp Mauve.jar
org.gel.mauve.analysis.SnpExporter -f aln.xmfa -o
aln.snps )we receive the following error:
Error: Main method not found in class
org.gel.mauve.analysis.SnpExporter, please define the main method as:public
static void
main(String[] args)
It seems like main method is in place. We have no problem if we use GUI
interface. Has anyone came across with this error message? Any guidance is
greatly appreciated.
