I am a student and for my project I am trying to use the bbFilter to generate a presence/absence matrix. I have a backbone file generated by progressive mauve and I know that I can bbFilter to generate this matrix. However, I can’t find anything about how to install and use the bbFilter. I am running mauve on a mac. Any help will be really appreciated.
