Hi Varduhi,

Based on the information you have provided it is not clear why
progressiveMauve would have terminated prematurely. I note that the
stdout and stderr were directed to two files, mauvetrialoriginal.e358216
and mauvetrialoriginal.o358216

I suggest inspecting those files for clues and also checking whether
your queuing system imposes any resource restrictions that could result
in job termination.
