Hi Emiko, yes, those programs are available but they are buried down in
the directory structure a few levels, see here:
http://darlinglab.org/mauve/snapshots/2015/2015-02-25/MacOS/
I will look into linking these directly from the download page, it
would probably avoid a lot of confusion.
