Examining the javadocs for ServletContext.getRequestDispatcher(), it looks
like it is a spec requirement that all paths passed to that methods must
begin with '/'.  Maverick should probably take care of this ensuring this
all the time.

Mea culpa - I'll fix it tonight.  Thanks for bringing it up :-)
