[Mav-user] reloadCommand

Does this work?  It's not reloading any of my changes to maverick.xml 
(if that's what it's supposed to do).

I have this in my web.xml

<init-param>
                        <param-name>reloadCommand</param-name>
                        <param-value>true</param-value>
                </init-param>
