* Hacked around current limitations to build mobile including Universe:
- Split update.cfg to update.cfg.main and update.cfg.universe
- Ran update script twice using the two cfg files
- Manually merged resulting metapackage-map files
- Documented this torture in README.Kubuntu.update
- Removed mobile-* files for amd64, powerpc, sparc, and ia64
* Refreshed dependencies
* Added plasma-mobile to mobile [i386]
* Added rekonq to mobile-recommends
* Removed plasma-netbook from mobile
