* Refresh patches/04_evry_fix_default_path_for_terminal.diff
* debian/rules: update svn snapshot version extraction from
configure.ac
* Remove enlightenment_fm_open from e17, the binary no longer exists
* Update e17.install with new modules
* Bump Standards-Version, no change required
* Remove Xavier Oswald from uploaders, he is no longer active
* e17: add Depends: dbus-x11 so that enlightenment_remote works
properly
* upload makes e17 installable again (Closes: #590309)
