Yep. You can download the files to your G4 then copy them over to your IIci. Don't unpack them though. Just transfer then to your IIci getting all the binary sets you want from ftp.netbsd.org and also the Installer program, Mkfs, and the Booter program. Start your trip at http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k and look at the install notes for what sets beyond the standard sets (like the compilier set, text set, X windows sets, etc.) you want to install and how to install NetBSD on 68k Macs.
