Now that you mention it, I think I have seen my Linux buddies switching consoles
before. I didn't pay attention at the time to how they did it.

>Actually, it's MaX, but that's nit-picking. :-P

True...MaX is still an LEM list. I think most of us use *nix on a Mac after it's run
its useful MacOS life, but I shouldn't assume we all do. Hmm, how many buy a brand
new Mac to run YDL on? Probably not as many now with OS X.

That's what I was thinking of. The problem is I need a ".quitx" file to put the
"logout" command in. :)

>Do you know about www.macseek.com?

Yeah, I see that's a ramseeker.com site, where I usually check. Looking at $50 for
memory for an old SE/30 (for example) sounds pretty cheap, until you realize that $50
fetches at least 5x as much for a much newer and much more capable machine.

Doh, I knew that, too. Don't know where my brain was yesterday.

I have not read as much Lewis as I'd like. "Mere Christianity" is on my to-do. Most
of my sig quotes tend political.

Thanks,
Tim
