Yup.  I grabbed Links from the NetBSD package system, and it works great - I've been 
impressed with it since I first saw it about three years ago.  I don't recall which 
options that one is compiled with, though.  (The JS support would be handy sometimes.) 
 Insanely slow on large pages, but stable.  For the moment it's basically my only 
browser.  I use it in text mode.
