Hi,

I'm setting up a server (PPCLinux or OS X) to share a broadband connection to the members of my sharehouse. Can anyone recommend a way of metering downloads for each user, so that we can equitably split the costs? At first each user will have a single machine (ie a fixed network address), but eventually I want to migrate to each user being able to log into a session on any machine. I only need to meter downloads from the broadband, not internal file traffic.

Any advice appreciated,

Clae.
