I haven't tried it myself, but vMac is an emulator for *really* old macs under OS X
There is a port for OSX, it emulates a Plus. With all the limits and no network. It will run up to OS 7.5.5, 4mb max memory. Good fun with OS 6.x.
Mini vMac is a smaller version. http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/13449
