I viewed all logsfiles (DBMGUI - Check - Diagnosis Files), but i did not 
find any message that could help me to get an idea, where the problem 
is.... :-(((

what does knldiag says?
do you find some info in the archive when looking for that what knldiag tells you?

I have no idea what i can do, the fastest way to solve the problem is 
dropping and installing the database, but this is not possible 
(db_cold/offline don't work).
