Hi, no need for a shutdown. SAPDB internally uses only UTC time differences or real time timer differences. But your application code should better be aware of DST problems like negative time differences if building differences in application code between retrieved 'local time timestamps'. If you request a local time timestamp, you get it ;-) Also in knldiag timestamp output is in 'local time' and not in UTC for readability. Time retardation coding is and will not be used in SAPDB.
