Hi, I'm using SAPDB Version 7.4 on an Windows 2000 Server with ServicePack 3 Build 2195.
The database hangs very often and I always get following Message in the Event Log: Error: Event ID: 7031 The SAPDB:TISYS service terminated unexpectedly.It has done this 4 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds. No action. Error: Event ID: 18585 The description for Event ID (18585) in Source (SAPDB) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message dll files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Xserver;: - ERROR TID: 0x658 PID: 0x640 MsgID: 18585 ; Could not set the service status rc = 6 Does anybody know what todo for solving this problem?
