Hi List, I'm new to MaxDB and successfully managed - althoug the dbmcli is a pain in the ass when creating new database instances :) - to set up my first database instance. Problem: when i start up maxserver and put my database instance in online state, the database instance is started with the fast kernel which emmidiately spawns 99 child processes. What are these processes for? Are they for accepting incoming connections? How can I decrease the number of processes spawned?
