SAP DB 7.4.03.30 odbc/jdbc/autolog broken

It seems the .30 release has a few problems. I upgraded this version and 
my ODBC broke when trying to connect directly (with AQT). It responds 
with an invalid user/password combination, which I know is an invalid 
condition. I even made a new user and it still responded the same way.

For the JDBC it does connect but it no longer reports the database name 
(at least in DBVisualizer).

Lastly, all autolog backups are returned to the Off state after a 
reboot, even after setting them and they show On.

These were notice on a W2K box so do not know about the other flavors. I 
was able to reproduce this on another box as well.
