Hi, this question was asked before. The "d0_aopen Error during fork" is a resource problem (backup thread are created dynamically). You can prevent by reducing cache size. In 'Admin alias Cold' mode the kernel does not have the same amount of dynamically allocated memory consumed... CU jrg
