Hi Michael, if you really have sapdb-webtools-linux-32bit-i386-7_4_3_10 then the WebDAV GUI is not working because it is not part of this release. WebDAV GUI is available with webtools 7.4.03.23 and newer. So please download the current webtools package from www.sapdb.org. Its at patch level 30.
