I tried this several times but porting is not that easy since the code is
spread with #ifdefs all over. For some parts you need knowledge of Solaris
x86 assembler (not GNU assembler). It can be done but you really need a good
knowledge of how linking works. It's getting even worse because the Solaris
x86 Forte does not have all the compiler switches Forte/SPARC has. Search
the archives and you will find the places where where I have been stuck.
