In the DBMGUI I failed to see where one could specify the path of the log
file:
a) when creating a new instance
b) doing an instance restoration
I have an instance that has the log file in the same folder as the data file
but I need to have this on another disk to improve disk I/O. Can I do a
migration backup and upon restore of that backup specify the new log file (&
data file) location(s)? Or does a migration backup restore itself into an
existing instance that is already setup and defined?
