Hello Gu Lei, Have You seen the discussion at http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg01363.html? The idea is to run 'export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5' BEFORE running MaxDB server. I have no expierence with MaxDB under RedHat9, but the old SAPDB 7.4 refused to create test datebase unless LD_ASSUME_KERNEL was set. Now, my SAPDB 7.4 installation has been running for 3 months, and has not even crushed in that time... =)
Hope it helps, Andris Spruds ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gu Lei" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, January 17, 2004 3:32 AM Subject: -24895,ERR_SHUTDOWN: shutdown of database occured When use DB_ONLINE > Hello: > > MAXDB 7.5 for linux > REDHAT LINUX 9.0 > > dbmcli on test>db_state > OK > State > OFFLINE > > --- > dbmcli on test>db_online > ERR > -24895,ERR_SHUTDOWN: shutdown of database occured > -71,connection broken server state 6 > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_getvalue log_segment_size > OK > 4333 > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_startsession > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_put log_segment_size 1000 > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_checkall > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_commitsession > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test>param_abortsession > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test>db_online > OK > > --- > dbmcli on test> > > All parameters' value is in file 'param.tgz' > > Regards, > Gu Lei > > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- > -- > MaxDB Discussion Mailing List > For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb > To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED] -- MaxDB Discussion Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]
