This is actually not an error message but a change request. But
with the reintroduction of the mapping file in dbextract/dbload
commands (as described there) the problem you
encountered should be vanished.

Well, what should I state here ;-) I can't promise that this version
is error free (as you already found out). But it comes closer with
every new version.
I would recommend to upgrade. If problems arise
we'll find a solution. That's what I can promise at least and with a
clear conscience.
