Getting "cannot load lib sdbrun.dll"-error when installing SAPDB 7.3.0.46

After downloading an unpacking the version 7.3.0.46 directly
from www.sapdb.org (in mysql-website you only find 7.3.0.40)
you get the above errormessage.

Can you please give me a workaround or a fix this problem.
