Hi, We have a windows 2000 server, service pack 4. 2GB of RAM. MaxDB 7.5.0 BUILD 005-121-054-885. The MaxDB server stopped responding, even to local dbmcli commands. I did a db_cold and db_warm and it resumed normal operation. Reviewing the kernel error log, during the error time period, the following errors: 0x78C ERR 18876 FIBER Could not create fiber, rc = 8 Of note: This system has been running normal in production for 30 days without reboot. MaxDB has as much possible RAM allocated to DATA_CACHE, the kernel.exe size shows as 1,867,344 K VM Size using Task Manager. Is it possible that I'm starving win2k of physical memory? Thank you.
