Hi Wolfgang, I am not able to use SQL Studio to connect to the database on the Solaris server due to security reglementations within our company. Also the problem is not websql stripping \r\n but the ODBC driver (seemingly). I am not able to insert strings containing newlines from within our application - that's the big problem.
