I assume that you try to recreate all indexes with ONE command via DBMGui.
If so try to recreate index one by one via DBMGui.

BTW
In 7.3 the kernel has a list of all bad indexes and therefore he is
able to rebuild all these indexes. In 7.4 this list is not implemented
at the moment (but in a future build) and therefore "-9000 not implemented"
is returned.

I will talk to the DBMGui developer to disable the "recreate ALL" feature as
long as the kernel internal list feature is available in 7.4. This will help
to avoid confusion during recreate index.

After upgrade from version 7.3.29 to 7.4.3 when i try to  recreate
indexes the followin error ocurre:
-24988 sql error sal_recerateindex -9000 system error: No yet
implemented.
