Hello, All of a sudden it has become impossible for certain dbusers to select from tables in the sys schema. As a result, in sql studio, it is not possible to browse the tables list in the catalog manager. Also it is not possible in Ms Access to link to maxdb via odbc because we cannot get the list of tables. Al fail with exact the same error message. But the same user is still able to select data from his own tables. Now, the strange thing is that user dba still can select from tables in the sys schema and can connect with Ms Access. I checked the knldiag en knldiag.err files but there is nothing relevant about this in it. It seems to have started after I deleted a massive amount of data from the database (I deleted the primary key build up of 5 columns from a 10 million record table). This took very very long to run, that is the only indication I have.
Where and how can I check what is happening. I already used the "check database structure ,..." in the Data Manager. It did not report any specific problems.
