Unable to see Archive logs

[H.K, SHESHACHALA (STSD)]

Hi,
 
I have installed SAPDB7.4 on Windows 2003 system. I created the database
instance. I need to back it up the database instance with archive logs
using the external backup(Data Protector). How should I see the archive
logs in the database so that I can take the backup of the archive logs?
Please help me in this regard.
