Hello Andre, you should increase the MAXLOCKS parameter of the database. A lock request that originally wanted a row share/row exclusive lock will instead request a tab share/tab exclusive lock if there more locks than the system is configured to handle. This process is called 'lock escalation' and can be monitored using the system table LOCKLISTSTATISTICS (look for the row with the description value LOCK ESCALATIONS).
