Sorry, I see no dbm.* files attached.
But I gave you the instructions for making a trace.
This trace might help to find the problem.

making a trace:

db_offline
param_directput TRACE_PAGES_UT 100
db_admin
trace_on default
db_online
# if offline with error now
trace_prot akbx

Compress <dbname>.prt (in the rundirectory) and send it back.
