After using SDBINST to upgrade my 7.3.0.46 server and its instances (production and a test one (the test one isn't ever used)) I can enter Admin mode but any attempt to enter online causes shutdown. Also other select operations in Admin mode causes a shutdown to occur as well. Below is a snippet of the knldiag file that give the biggest clue as to what is happening.
