Try looking in /var/opt/sdb/data/fifo, and see if there's a file in there that matches the name of the database to be removed. Also, check /var/opt/sdb/data/ipc, /var/opt/sdb/data/pid, /var/opt/sdb/data/ppid for pipes to be removed.
