as you said in the following sentence, when we try to connect to sapdb using
Websql we  temporarily get this error and it does not continue so long.

"If you try to connect to the utility task with more then one dbmcli the
error can temporarly happen."


 I will try to get the error on my test machine and run the statement you
have sent, thanks a lot
